1 Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the ELON Orbit website, Transparency Dashboard, Orbit AI token analyzer, or related public materials, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.
2 The service
ELON Orbit provides project information, public blockchain references, experimental technology features, and an automated Solana token analysis tool. Features may be changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. ELON Orbit does not act as a broker, exchange, custodian, fiduciary, investment adviser, or wallet provider.
Pro credits and payment workflow — release draft
The base package is 25 Pro analyses for $5 equivalent in ELON on Solana. At quote creation the server checks the connected wallet’s finalized ELON balance: at least 1,000,000 and less than 2,000,000 gives 5% off ($4.75); at least 2,000,000 gives 10% off ($4.50). Discounts do not stack. There is no token lock or minimum holding period. Eligibility is a snapshot at quote creation; spending tokens afterward does not reprice that saved quote. The discounted dollar price is converted to ELON using the server’s time-limited quote. All tiers receive 25 credits. If eligibility cannot be checked, a new quote is not issued; retry later. This payment path does not currently accept USDT. Check the exact ELON amount, destination and quote expiry before signing; network fees are separate.
Each new Pro analysis uses one credit. Retrying the same analysis request ID does not create another charge. If a completed report was saved, it can be returned again. A failed analysis restores the credit through the recovery flow; interrupted work may require checking the same request again after three minutes. This is a service-credit adjustment, not an on-chain token refund.
After sending payment, retry verification instead of sending again. An on-time payment may be verified after its quote expires. Late, incorrect or unmatched transfers may not receive automatic credit and require review. Keep the quote reference and transaction signature.
Research and Content Studio are restricted prototypes and do not consume Pro credits in their current testing configuration. CSV analysis runs locally. Availability and status are listed on the product status page.
Private support is available via @beni058 on Telegram. The operator identity, token-refund process, credit-expiry policy and jurisdiction-specific paid-service terms are not finalized in this draft. These items require completion before a broader paid release; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
3 Permitted use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, bypass technical limits, submit malicious code, overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent automated output, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
You must not use ELON Orbit branding, documents, or analysis to make false promises of profit, guaranteed returns, guaranteed listings, or token safety.
4 Blockchain and token activity
Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. You are solely responsible for checking token mint addresses, wallet addresses, transaction details, slippage, fees, approvals, and destination networks before signing any transaction. ELON Orbit cannot reverse transactions or recover lost assets, private keys, or seed phrases.
Never provide a seed phrase, private key, exchange password, or authentication code to ELON Orbit or through an unofficial channel.
5 Automated and AI generated output
Orbit AI summarizes selected public on-chain and market information. Results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Authority checks and the Pro component score are informational indicators based on limited checks; they are not audits, certifications, security ratings, valuations, or statements that a token is safe or fraudulent.
You must independently verify results before making any decision. Do not rely on the analyzer as the sole basis for buying, selling, holding, or interacting with a token.
6 Intellectual property
The ELON Orbit name, visual identity, original site content, and original software interfaces are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Public blockchain data and third-party names remain subject to their respective rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to users.
7 Third-party services and links
The services may use or link to independent providers, including Solana infrastructure, blockchain explorers, market-data services, AI services, hosting providers, social platforms, and decentralized exchanges. Their content, availability, security, and practices are outside ELON Orbit’s control and may be governed by separate terms.
8 Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. ELON Orbit disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, token performance, liquidity, or security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELON Orbit and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for losses involving digital assets, profits, data, access, transactions, smart contracts, third-party services, or reliance on automated analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9 Changes and enforceability
These terms may be updated when products, risks, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be revised when a material update is published. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
