- Solana transparency: compare observations while preserving unknown data.
- Local-first data tools: process CSV without uploading source files.
Deliverable checklist
- State a concrete user problem and the smallest useful prototype.
- Include setup instructions, sample non-sensitive data and reproducible tests.
- Document limitations, failures, dependencies and data handling.
- Provide a short demo and declare code ownership and license status.
Proposed review rubric
Usefulness 30 points; reproducible correctness 30; clarity and documentation 20; data handling and limitations 20. This is a planning rubric, not an active judging process.
